1. Fill the 100 ml spray bottle using boiled, then cooled, water.

2. Use the eyedropper of the Hypercal Tincture (30 ml bottle) and transfer approximately 10 x drops into the filled spray bottle. Shake before use.

3. Spray away for relief!

You can use as much as you like and as often as you'd like. 

This works best as a spray. Spray as much and as often as you would like for instant relief. You can also use it with a peri bottle, pop a few drops in your bath, or spray a bit on your maternity pad for extra soothing relief.
