Steeped in a rich history of art, culture, craftsmanship and religious tolerance, the countryside is diverse and the people of India have a proud relaxed air about them, however with a population topping 1.2 billion and no government social services programs, it is impossible not to be deeply affected by the poverty evident almost everywhere you go. As well as committing to only manufacturing under fair trade terms and conditions, we have also decided to give back to the country that is giving so much to us. So we have commitment to a monthly contribution via India Development and Relief Fund. We encourage you to check out the link and to learn more about this amazing country.

We visit the factory on a regular basis to ensure that high standards are met, both from a quality perspective, but most importantly one of humanity.
